Do you do International Shipping?

Yes, we have warehouses in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and Australia.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! Everything ships free with no minimum purchase.

 

ORDERS & PAYMENT

What payments do you accept?

We currently accept payments via Paypal or Credit/Debit(Mastercard/Visa) cards.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

Here at Neatfi, we always make sure to fulfill your orders the soonest time possible so you get them right away! That means that we are often unable to make changes after an order is placed. In some cases there might be a small window of time where we can change your shipping address or other information. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

The product I want is out of stock! When will you be restocking?

WARRANTIES

Do you have a warranty?

Yes, we do. All our lamps come with a 3-year extended warranty. For all other products, please refer to our full warranty here.

Do I need to register my purchased item to your warranty program?

Yes, please register to our warranty program within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please register here.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

What is your return policy?

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem - we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. Simply reach out to us by sending an email to care@neatfi.com or visiting our contact page for assistance.

How long does it take to process a return?

We wanted to make sure that returns and refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Please give us up to 5 business days to inspect the item once received and to generally process the return.

How do I request a replacement?
